Distance sessions are 60 minutes on zoom and focus on reloading your wellbeing through a talking session. (You can specify your choice after payment option is selected on the order form).
COFFEE CHILL & SPILL MEMBERSHIP
The Wellbeing Membership invites you to join a space that supports you to focus on your overall wellbeing. You access the content via an app and it is a rolling month to month subscription that you can cancel at anything. I created the membership this way so it is flexible to fit into your life. You can revisit the content as often as you like and all the recordings have an audio only version too so you can listen at your leisure. You have access to all the meditations and a weekly zoom call on a Thursday evening from the comfort of your own home. You don't have to worry about missing anything as everything is uploaded to your members area and you access it at a time that suits you.
Meditation Hub
The Meditation Hub is designed so you can access a variety of meditation videos and audios at the click of a button. You don’t have to think about it, you simply visit your members areas, scroll down the list and press play. You get familiar with my voice and help your mind and body align by getting completely present with yourself whether that 5 minutes on your lunch break or just before you drift off to sleep. There is a whole catalogue of meditations to choose from.
